Dad and I were at the Vets today when the Vet said "We'd better weigh Lucy, I'm a bit concerned about her weight".
"Why", says my lovely dad, "is she underweight?"
Ha - If you could have seen the way the Vet looked at my dad as if he was a right numptee! I'm a wee bit overweight but dad can't see that - love truly is blind!

So mum and dad spend an hour moving sand from the drive to the back garden to build a patio - and what's wrong with me leaping in and burying under the sand and scraping it around the back garden when they weren't looking? No idea why I'm in the bad books!

My first grey hairs

Oh dear, I'm going grey! The sleek black babe has silver linings. My master says they are highlights, my mistress says I've getting old - checky lass - she's just jealous because dad thinks I'm much more bonnier than her and loves me more! Mind you she's cracking on a bit herself.
